Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your phsly Casino Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

Game Rules & Fair Play

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsly Casino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your phsly Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsly Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit phsly Casino's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

Termination

phsly Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published by phsly Casino.
• phsly Casino has reasonable grounds to suspect that your Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• Your Account has been identified as a duplicate or as belonging to a self-excluded Player.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by phsly's KYC procedures.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require phsly Casino to restrict access to your Account.

Upon termination of your Account, your Real Money Balance (net of any applicable charges and subject to any ongoing investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding investigations, legal holds, or regulatory requirements prevent such a return. Bonus Balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account termination for any reason.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory or judicial authority as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute under Philippine law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

phsly Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this document, phsly will notify registered Players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform; an email notification to your registered email address; or a notification within your phsly Casino Account.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to close your Account. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
